The goal of the PsyGenics Internship Program is to train its interns to become competent, ethical, and confident behavioral health professionals. We provide experience and supervision that allow interns to thrive not only in today’s world, but to gain the knowledge and tools that empower them to adapt to an ever-changing behavioral health industry. The Internship Program is a fundamental part of our community of learning and quality improvement. PsyGenics Internship Program seeks to create opportunity by connecting education, real life employment, and competitive compensation in ways that positively impact the intern, our organization, and the communities we service.

Interns will have the opportunity to acquire experience across diverse populations (including those diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Serious Mental Illness), various programs (such as our Behavioral Health Home, Outreach, and Outpatient services), a wide range of age groups (adults, adolescents, children, and families), and diverse team members (including psychiatry, nursing, and more).
