PsyGenics is a family-friendly place to work!
A career in community mental health provides opportunity for personal growth, and fulfillment in providing hope and support to some of the most vulnerable people living in our community.
We value our team members and their dedication to providing services that promote independence and quality of life for individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness. That is why we developed a comprehensive benefits package to supplement regular wages.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
27 paid days off in your first year.
Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
Eligible team members may enroll in a team member only, team member plus one, or family contract after completing their 60-day introductory period. To assist with the cost of this insurance, PsyGenics currently absorbs most of the premium for a team member only plan.
After completion of the introductory period, eligible team members receive an employer-sponsored life insurance benefit of up to two times their current compensation.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
PsyGenics provides employer sponsored AD&D coverage to full-time team members after completion of the introductory period. This plan provides protection in the event of accidental death or certain injuries.
