PsyGenics has developed a comprehensive set of employee benefit programs to supplement our employees’ regular wages.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off.

Paid Holidays
Full-time employees are eligible for 11 paid holidays.

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
Eligible full-time employees may enroll in an employee only, an employee plus children, an employee plus spouse, or a family contract after completing their 90-day introductory period.

To assist with the cost of this insurance, PsyGenics currently pays the premium for an employee only plan. Employees may elect an employee plus children, an employee plus spouse, or a family contract at a discounted rate through payroll deduction.

Life Insurance
After completion of the introductory period, full-time employees receive an employer-sponsored life insurance benefit of up to two times their current compensation.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
PsyGenics provides employer sponsored AD&D coverage to full-time employees after completion of the introductory period. This plan provides protection in the event of accidental death or certain injuries.

Short-Term Disability Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the short-term disability insurance program after the initial 90-day introductory period. The full cost of the insurance is currently absorbed by PsyGenics.

This insurance program is designed to provide income for you when you are absent from work for more than seven calendar days due to eligible non-occupational illnesses, injuries or pregnancy-related disabilities.
